We have a steady supply of sea products from the coastal areas of Asia, from northern China down to the tropical waters of Thailand. These are the richest waters in the world in terms of the diversity of species. Even if harvesting in this region is dominated by small scale fishing, quality control remains important. We offer both fish caught in the wild and farmed fish.
